The piece is based on footage from the race tracks, before, during and after the race, Sound and image are put together by short, abrupt pieces, based on the animals’ movements. The beauty of the exploding speed becomes grotesque, the horses becomes a metaphor all artistic performance, with its ambition, desperation, and joy.
