This film is a very condensed registration of one of the performances of the multi-media-event Kyldex, which Nicolas Schöffer performed in 1973. All visual elements in the performance were by Schöffer, including many projections, many different set elements and a robotic ballet. Through a system of coloured signs, the audience could vote whether the current scene should continue or not, and the votes were constantly monitored by a panel of judges. No performance was ever the same, and in fact some evenings were very short, whereas others were very long.
