E.S.P. TV originally formed out of a Brooklyn loft/project space called Louis V E.S.P in 2011. It began as a working idea of how to both document and showcase ephemeral art practices in a different way. Headed by Scott Kiernan and Victoria Keddie, E.S.P. TV has held over 35 live taping events throughout the country and internationally and has aired over 60 episodes to date on our cable access program in Manhattan. Within the past year, we have situated our headquarters in Brooklyn. Having this center enables us to set up a more streamlined workflow for the production of the show, develop our E.S.P. LAB project (experimental sound and video using application of broadcast media), build the TUBE archive, as well as maintain a calendar of performances, screenings and special events within the space, in addition to our mobile outfit. We seek to create a hub for developing ideas and dialogue within the creative community.
