This film reveals what Sibe Silich, an inhabitant of Stari Grad, has in his mind. Stari Grad is the ancient Greek city of Pharos on the island of Hvar in Croatia. Stari Grad is, in fact, Malo misto (small village), the Croatian cult sixties television serial: a pathetic glorification of people of modest means. Olam Otsim is Malo misto transposed in a new way.
